Pat MacMillan is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Team Resources, Inc. He is sought out by organizations ranging from the Fortune 50 to small ministries for his expert consultation in charting courses through the turbulent waters of change in the competitive global marketplace. Pat's insight and experience have proven invaluable to clients as he works with management, helping them create and implement team-based organizations and systems to deliver new levels of success.

Prior to founding Team Resources, Pat was involved in training over 3,000 executives in seminars throughout Europe, Canada, Africa, and the United States while serving as Executive Vice President for Leadership Dynamics, a management training and consulting firm.

Pat is the also the author of Hiring Excellence-Six Steps to Making Good People Decisions (Navpress).

A Seattle native, Pat holds an MBA and BA from the University of Washington, serves on the Board of Directors for UNUM/The Provident Companies, MetoKote Corporation, several foundations and other non-profit organizations.

He and his wife Jill have been residents of Atlanta, Georgia for 25 years and have three grown children.
